Customer Service Representative ; Seasonal

Location Requirements

Must reside within a commutable distance to Seattle, WA.

• Assist users with navigation of Redfin and Rent websites and mobile app via calls and Zendesk ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot technical bugs and ensure data accuracy with agents and customers.
• Assist customers with account maintenance and close issues to provide world‑class customer service.

• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Technical Support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Punctual, able to work independently as well as in a group, and capable of handling multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• Commitment to customer service; fun, caring, humble attitude.
• Familiarity with Zendesk, AWS phone system, and Slack is a plus.

Monday through Friday, 8a‑5p PST, with rotating weekend on‑call schedule.

Hourly pay $20.43–$24.04. Eligible for annual bonus, incentives, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
