Pay: $25–$27 per hour, DOE.

We are seeking a Lead Concierge to deliver exceptional service as the first point of contact for residents, team members, and guests.

• Assist with greeting residents, team members, and the public.
• Provide support and training to the Concierge team.
• Manage Concierge scheduling.
• Address safety and security concerns; monitor emergency and security systems during daytime hours.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to team members.
• Perform general administrative tasks including taking messages, routing calls, taking memoranda, distributing packages and mail, and maintaining office supplies.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience in a concierge or related role preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat/Reader.
• First aid/CPR certification required or per state/local guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Background check and drug screening required; physical exam, TB test, and fingerprinting may be required.
