Job Summary
McKenzie has an immediate opening for an experienced Concierge! Our team members are high performers that care about customer service and exceed expectations. The Concierge plays a critical role in our success.
The schedule consists of a combination of 10:00 AM–7:00 PM and 3:30 PM–11:30 PM shifts. Candidates must also be available to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities- Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area, and ensures their comfort while they wait to speak with a team member.
- Answers phone calls, routes all calls to the appropriate team member for assistance, and assists with completed service request callbacks as necessary.
- Maintains the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival and manages and coordinates the loading dock and/or elevator schedule for move‑ins and move‑outs.
- Ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning.
- Manages all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents of all package deliveries within 24 hours.
- Maintains tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and/or other services provided by the community.
- Assists the community team with scheduling, planning and organizing resident activities and programs.
- Keeps detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery places, and other pertinent information that may be of interest to residents and maintains relationships and contacts with concierge vendors.
- Excellent customer service and ability to interact with a diverse group of people.
- Professional in dress & communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Knowledge about the neighborhood to assist residents and guests.
- Proficiency in using computers, internet, and basic software.
- Stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, crawl in confined areas for extended periods.
- Work inside and outside in all weather conditions: rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet.
- Push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
- Rare or regular travel may be required to assist other properties as needed, attend training classes, business meetings, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities.
- Work a flexible schedule, including “call” during evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Corporate positions: may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
