Skyline - Lead Concierge

Pay: $25 - $27 per hour DOE.

• Assist with greeting residents, team members, appropriate parties, and the public.
• Provide support and training to the Concierge, stepping in as needed to maintain service levels.
• Assist in managing the Concierge team's schedule.
• Address safety and security concerns promptly, including monitoring emergency and security systems during daytime hours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to the team.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as taking messages, routing calls, taking memos/notes.
• Distribute packages, mail, and other deliveries.
• Maintain office supplies and order new inventory as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• A high school diploma or equivalent education, training and experience.
• At least one year of previous experience in a concierge or similar role (preferred).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat and/or Adobe Reader.
• Current first aid/CPR certification may be required per state/local guidelines.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
• Completion of background check and drug screening (Physical, TB Test, and fingerprinting may be required per state/local guidelines).
