Customer Service Representative - Emerald City Emergency Clinic

Emerald City Emergency Clinic is seeking an enthusiastic and empathetic Client Service Representative to join our supportive and dedicated emergency team. Emergency or veterinary experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate who brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping pets and the people who love them.

Our CSRs are the first and last point of contact for our clients and that makes you a vital part of every patient's journey. Each interaction helps set the tone for exceptional care, trust, and compassion during emotional and sometimes stressful visits. As a Client Service Representative, you will:

• Welcome clients and manage main lobby operations, including check-ins and check-outs
• Answer and route phone calls professionally and compassionately
• Assist with emergency triage and timely communication
• Perform accurate data entry and utilize computer-based systems
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming hospital environment

We're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, professional, and empathetic at all times
• Comfortable multitasking and problem-solving in a fast-paced setting
• Skilled with computers and multi-line phone systems
• Organized, dependable, and an excellent communicator
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Experienced in customer service or reception (veterinary experience preferred, but not required)
