Job Title

DeWALT Factory Service Representative – Onsite – Norcross, GA

Responsible for professional service and support for Product Services Division customers by handling clerical duties in the service center, processing customer orders, and providing point‑of‑sales support.

• Handle pricing and product catalog identification, verify quantity, and extend all items on customer orders.
• Answer product and service questions to attract potential customers, drive incremental sales, and suggest additional products and services.
• Conduct customer sales and service at the counter and via phone.
• Service customers on product application, features, benefits, and proper handling and maintenance.
• Make sales of services, programs, and products to customers.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying complaints, determining causes, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Operate with a high degree of integrity, accountability, dependability, and reliability with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate superior customer service and salesmanship.

• Basic math skills for simple calculations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications:
  Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday full time, with additional hours as needed to meet customer demands.
