Customer Service Associate

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to address customer needs and concerns
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges

• Work primarily in person at HEST's Seattle office, with occasional remote weekend coverage during peak sales periods
