International Community Health Services (ICHS) is seeking a Call Center Agent I to handle patient calls and schedule appointments from the Renton, WA office. You will coordinate with other departments to direct inquiries while using sound judgement to triage when necessary.
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, call center experience (clinical environment preferred), knowledge of medical terminology, fluent English, and a preferred API language bilingual ability.
