Resident Success Specialist COMMUNITY SUCCESS DIVISION Who We Need
We’re looking for a detail‑driven, resident‑focused coordinator who strengthens the daily experience of living in our communities. As a Resident Success Specialist, you’ll be the on‑site connector between residents, vendors, and internal teams — ensuring smooth operations, supportive engagement, and consistent execution of key site systems.
You thrive in active and varied roles. You communicate clearly, and bring a warm, service‑oriented approach to every interaction. Your work directly shapes how residents feel supported, welcomed, and cared for.
What You'll DoResident Experience & Engagement- Build rapport with residents and serve as a friendly, reliable point of contact.
- Coordinate resident events that strengthen community connection and enhance the resident experience.
- Support renewal efforts by meeting with residents, discussing renewal options, and sending out lease agreements.
- Ensure RenewalAI escalations receive timely responses.
- Conduct package audits, issue notices, and provide daily resident support.
- Send e‑blasts and community updates based on property needs, maintenance alerts, and operational changes.
- Manage site systems to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate documentation.
- Create and program fobs for new residents, replacements, and access updates.
- Scan and process checks to support accurate and timely financial workflows.
- Run property errands, coordinate deliveries, and assist the Community Success team as needed.
- Provide secure and seamless access for vendors and service providers.
- Conduct inspections of make‑ready units to ensure quality standards prior to move‑in.

You’re comfortable with technology, quick to learn new systems, and confident communicating with residents, vendors, and teammates. You enjoy being on the move, solving problems, and keeping the community running smoothly.
Compensation & Position Details- Base Pay
: $31/hour, paid semi-monthly
