Smith Rx is hiring for an onsite call center role in Lehi, UT. You will answer and resolve member inquiries, educate members on pharmacy benefits, and strive for one-call resolutions while upholding HIPAA standards.
The position requires 2+ years of call center experience and a strong emphasis on empathy, communication, and multitasking. Training lasts 9 weeks at the Lehi office with 7:00 am–3:30 pm MT hours, followed by rotating shifts.
