Pay Range: $23–$33 per hour (DOE), FLSA non-exempt (overtime eligible).

  • Provide exceptional customer service by professionally handling inquiries, service requests, complaints, and high-volume, multi‑line phone systems.
  • Receive and accurately input service calls, generate work orders, and ensure timely execution.
  • Scheduling & Dispatching
    • Efficiently schedule and dispatch technicians, crews, equipment, and vehicles based on customer requirements, project specifications, and priorities.
    • Monitor locations and utilization of personnel and equipment to coordinate services and maintain optimal scheduling.
    • Communicate assignments clearly via phone, text, or other methods.
  • Maintain accurate records, schedules, and databases using dispatch software for data entry, record retrieval, and report generation.
  • Collect, review, and correct workers' timesheets for accurate payroll processing.
  • Compile statistics and generate reports to track work progress and performance.
  • Team & Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain proactive, positive relationships with field and shop craft personnel, technicians, supervisors, coworkers, customers, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, safety, CAD/BIM, accounting, and IT teams.
    • Promote and follow company safety and quality protocols.
    • Undertake additional projects and tasks as assigned to support team success.
  • Administrative & Improvement
    • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards.
    • Perform other duties as requested.
What You Bring
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years in computerized dispatching, managing multiple employees and locations daily; relevant industry experience in Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Refrigeration, or Commercial services strongly preferred; customer service experience required; high-volume, multi‑line phone systems experience essential.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Required Skills:
    • Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment with constantly changing demands.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with patience, empathy, and professionalism when interacting with customers, technicians, and team members.
    • Above‑average proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook); proficient in database management and dispatch software.
