The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Seattle Area. This role is responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring accurate order entry, tracking, and issue resolution. The Customer Service Representative collaborates closely with sales consultants, warehouse teams, and corporate accounts to support timely delivery of products and services. Daily tasks include providing product information, troubleshooting service concerns, processing returns or adjustments, and maintaining detailed customer records in company systems.
The role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience by communicating clearly, following up proactively, and supporting WAXIE’s commitment to reliable service and tailored solutions.
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support, to respond effectively to inquiries and requests.
- Experience enhancing Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction through clear communication, problem-solving, and follow-through.
- Background working as Customer Service Representatives or in similar roles within distribution, manufacturing, or B2B environments.
- Proficiency with order entry systems, CRM or ERP software, and basic office applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and word processing).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business, communications, or related fields is beneficial.
- Knowledge of janitorial, sanitary, or industrial supply products is a plus, along with an interest in learning WAXIE’s product and service offerings.
