Customer Service Rep, Call Center / Support, Bilingual
We are seeking a Customer Account Resolution Specialist for an opportunity in Tukwila, WA. This full-time customer support role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and delivering a positive customer experience in a fast-paced call center environment. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with account inquiries, payments, documentation, follow-up communication, and issue resolution.

- - Answer incoming customer service calls professionally, efficiently, and with a customer-focused approach.
- - Assist customers with account questions, account updates, payment processing, and account maintenance.
- - Research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns while documenting interactions accurately.
- - Conduct outbound follow-up calls and respond to customer communications across multiple channels.
- - Review notices, account information, and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- - Negotiate payment arrangements and fee adjustments within established guidelines.
- - Direct hire opportunity.
- - Annual salary: $48,000.
- - Full-time schedule, 40 hours per week.
- - Schedule includes 5 days per week, Monday through Saturday availability required.
- - Onsite position in Tukwila, WA.

- - Entry-level candidates are welcome, with less than 1 year of experience acceptable.
- - Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- - Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- - Strong keyboarding and data entry accuracy.
- - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced call center environment.
- - Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- - Positive, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
- - Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging customer conversations.
- - Previous call center experience.
- - Customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
- - Experience handling payments or account-related questions.
- - Experience using customer databases, CRM systems, or account management platforms.
- - Bilingual skills are a plus.
