Overview
Mosaic Dental Collective is looking for an upbeat, dependable, and team-oriented full-time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA). We are focused on creating a positive experience for both patients and our team, with an emphasis on smooth, efficient days and a welcoming environment. This position supports our clinicians in delivering high-quality care.
Shift: Mon–Fri
Pay Range: $26–$38/hr
Location: Travel to various clinics in Seattle, Bellevue, Issaquah, Bothell, Redmond, Arlington, Mill Creek and Federal Way/Covington
Responsibilities- Take and process radiographs as appropriate
- Prep and maintain treatment rooms for patient care
- Provide a calm, reassuring presence to nervous patients
- Support clinicians to keep daily operations smooth and efficient
- Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in WA
- Radiology certification and CPR certification
- Experience with Open Dental software is a plus
- Friendly, calm, and professional demeanor
- Team-first mindset with strong communication skills
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent, plus required state-certification/licensure/registration training
- Certifications/licenses/registrations as mandated by applicable state
- Open Dental software experience highly preferred
- Highly organized and attentive to patients’ needs
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; able to explain procedures and educate patients
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times
- Uphold patient confidentiality with a compassionate demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a diverse dental team
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
