Overview

Mosaic Dental Collective is looking for an upbeat, dependable, and team-oriented full-time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA). We are focused on creating a positive experience for both patients and our team, with an emphasis on smooth, efficient days and a welcoming environment. This position supports our clinicians in delivering high-quality care.

Shift: Mon–Fri

Pay Range: $26–$38/hr

Location: Travel to various clinics in Seattle, Bellevue, Issaquah, Bothell, Redmond, Arlington, Mill Creek and Federal Way/Covington

Responsibilities
  • Take and process radiographs as appropriate
  • Prep and maintain treatment rooms for patient care
  • Provide a calm, reassuring presence to nervous patients
  • Support clinicians to keep daily operations smooth and efficient
What You Bring
  • Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in WA
  • Radiology certification and CPR certification
  • Experience with Open Dental software is a plus
  • Friendly, calm, and professional demeanor
  • Team-first mindset with strong communication skills
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent, plus required state-certification/licensure/registration training
  • Certifications/licenses/registrations as mandated by applicable state
  • Open Dental software experience highly preferred
  • Highly organized and attentive to patients’ needs
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; able to explain procedures and educate patients
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times
  • Uphold patient confidentiality with a compassionate demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a diverse dental team
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
