Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough teeth cleanings and periodontal assessments to ensure optimal oral health.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
  • Document patient interactions accurately and maintain detailed dental records.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to devise tailored treatment plans and contribute to a welcoming, energetic atmosphere.
  • Stay current with dental practices and procedures to support a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Apply an empathetic approach to empower patients to manage their oral health throughout their journey.
Requirements
  • Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license.
  • Clean driving record with a reliable driver s license; travel to different locations may be required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate empathy.
  • Proficiency with dental hygiene tools (ultrasonic scalers, hand instruments, digital radiography).
  • Familiarity with dental practice management software for managing patient records and appointments.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a commitment to high performance to contribute to a positive workplace culture.
  • Additional knowledge/skills as needed to provide exceptional patient care.
Benefits

Compensation: $70–$75 per hour. Included benefits:
