Registered Dental Assistant; RDA

Fresh Smile Seattle is a small, independent dental practice focused on comprehensive, prevention-driven care and an elevated patient experience. We are seeking a Registered Dental Assistant who communicates well, stays organized, and contributes to a smooth, efficient clinical day. This position is also ideal for individuals early in their dental careers who are looking for a strong foundation in a high-quality practice.

• Assist in restorative and comprehensive procedures.
• Take digital X-rays and intraoral scans.
• Support new patient visits and documentation.
• Maintain efficient room setup, breakdown, and sterilization tasks.
• Help ensure the schedule runs smoothly.

Structured training and mentorship are provided.

• $22–$32/hour (depending on experience).
