Position: Patient Care Specialist (Dental Front Office Coordinator/Clinical Support)

Overview

Holliday Dental Wellness, West Seattle. We practice dentistry through a wellness lens, focusing on prevention, education, and helping patients feel genuinely cared for. We’re looking for a Dental Patient Care Specialist who loves people, values connection, and wants to be part of a team that prioritizes thoughtful, relationship-based care. This role is primarily part of our business team while also being cross-trained to support clinical flow.

It’s ideal for someone who enjoys variety, staying engaged, and contributing to a calm, supportive patient experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Be the welcoming presence that helps patients feel comfortable and supported.
  • Coordinate scheduling and patient communication with clarity and warmth.
  • Help guide patients through their care journey and next steps.
  • Support administrative coordination related to appointments and patient accounts.
  • Support the clinical team by helping keep treatment spaces prepared and organized for patient care.
  • Provide occasional chairside assistance as needed (training provided).
  • Work closely with the doctor and team to create a peaceful, wellness-centered environment.
Patient Experience & Communication

We emphasize education and helping patients understand their care and treatment recommendations. Being comfortable discussing treatment, scheduling, and financial questions with clarity and professionalism is important for this role.

Compensation & Schedule
  • Competitive pay: $23–$28 per hour (based on experience and training).

  • Full-time preferred.
  • Monday–Thursday schedule (no weekends).
