About The OpportunityComprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Dental Assistant to support dental care services in a structured, outpatient clinic-based environment across the Seattle Metro area, including Seattle, West Seattle, Renton, Kent, Redmond, and Everett.
This role functions as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations.

We manage equipment, supplies, scheduling, billing, and logistics, allowing the care team to focus entirely on delivering high-quality patient care.
What You'll Do- Assist the Dentist during exams and procedures
- Set up, break down, and maintain portable dental equipment
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Support patient intake and documentation
- Maintain infection control and sterilization standards
- Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team
- Ensure patients feel comfortable, supported and administrative tasks
- Represent CMC with professionalism, compassion, and reliability
This is not a high-volume corporate dental environment.
Our dental assistants work within established clinic environments supporting care for seniors as part of a coordinated healthcare team.
- Quality over volume

- Dental Assistant experience required (2+ years experience preferred)
- Certified/Registered Dental Assistant
- Active Radiation Certificate
- Reliable transportation to travel between clinic locations within the Seattle Metro area and Valid Driver's License
- Able to lift/transport equipment (25-50 lbs)
- Professional, punctual, and able to work independently
- A heart for serving senior and underserved communities
- 2 to 3 days per week, with opportunity for additional days as new clinic locations launch through the fall
- Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- No nights
