• Licensure:
  Valid and current State Dental Hygiene License.
• Professionalism:
  Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
• Technical Ability:
  Proficiency in using modern dental equipment and digital charting systems.
• Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program.

• Clinical Excellence:
  Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing, to maintain and improve patient oral health.
• Patient Assessment:
  Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments, including periodontal charting and reviewing medical histories.
• Modern Imaging:
  Utilize the latest digital radiography and intraoral equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images.
• Education:
  
  Provide personalized oral hygiene instruction and preventive counseling to empower patients.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with the dentists and support staff to coordinate treatment plans and ensure a seamless patient flow.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Adhere strictly to all sterilization, infection control, and health safety standards.
