Dentrix, Open Dental - Years of Professional
Experience:
Experienced Dental assistant with 2+ years of practice - Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the State of Washington.
- Clinical Leadership:
Oversee and mentor the assisting team, manage daily scheduling workflows, and optimize chair-time efficiency. - Chairside Excellence:
Deliver premier, four-handed clinical assistance during general, restorative, and cosmetic procedures. - Inventory & Systems Management:
Direct dental supply inventory, manage ordering within budget boundaries, and oversee strict equipment maintenance protocols. - Safety Compliance:
Maintain immaculate sterilization standards in absolute compliance with OSHA, CDC, and WISHA guidelines.
- Starting pay within this range is highly competitive and determined based on your specific clinical leadership experience, certifications, and advanced skills.
