As an Associate Dentist at Dental Care Seattle, you will:

• Deliver high-quality restorative, aesthetic, and comprehensive dental care.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with patients through thoughtful diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with an experienced clinical team, including a strong hygiene team, to provide exceptional care.
• Take ownership of patient care and contribute to the practice’s professional and supportive culture.
• Stay current with advancements in dentistry and actively pursue continuing education.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active Washington State dental license (or ability to obtain).
• At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
• Confidence in diagnosing and planning comprehensive care.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality dentistry and building long-term patient relationships.
• Motivation to pursue advanced continuing education (Kois Center training or similar programs is a plus).
