Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Associate Dentist at Dental Care Seattle, you will:
- Deliver high-quality restorative, aesthetic, and comprehensive dental care.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with patients through thoughtful diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with an experienced clinical team, including a strong hygiene team, to provide exceptional care.
- Take ownership of patient care and contribute to the practice’s professional and supportive culture.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry and actively pursue continuing education.
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active Washington State dental license (or ability to obtain).
- At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
- Confidence in diagnosing and planning comprehensive care.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality dentistry and building long-term patient relationships.
- Motivation to pursue advanced continuing education (Kois Center training or similar programs is a plus).
