Compassionate Dental Assistant Wanted!

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist/ Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic while providing exceptional care to our patients. This position requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• $26 - $30 per hour

Salary based on Experience.

• Monday to Friday

• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Some Saturdays (1, or 2 per month if needed)

• License & Certification:
  Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant
• Years of Professional
  
  Experience:
  
  Experienced Dental assistant with 1+ years of practice

• At least 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant or Receptionist
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Familiarity with infection control practices

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Friendly, team-oriented, and patient-focused

• Answer calls, schedule patients, and do follow up calls.
• Maintain accurate medical/ dental documentation and patient records.
• Manage patient flow by preparing treatment rooms and ensuring all necessary materials are readily available.
• If needed, Assist the dentist during various procedures, including examinations, fillings, and extractions, crown preps, implant placements, root canals, oral surgery, and Orthodontics.
• If needed, Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols.
