Hi hygienists!
We are a growing, privately owned general and cosmetic dental practice in downtown Seattle looking for a registered dental hygienist to join our team 3–4 days per week. Our ideal schedule is Tuesday through Friday, approximately 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with some flexibility.
Our practice opened in 2021 and offers a clean, modern environment with up-to-date equipment. We provide thorough, personalized care and value strong, lasting relationships with our patients. Our hygienists play an important role in patient education, periodontal health, and comprehensive treatment planning.
We would love to find someone who is clinically thorough, dependable, kind, and comfortable building relationships with patients. Strong communication skills and a current Washington State dental hygiene license are required.
Compensation and benefits include:- $72–$76/hour, depending on experience, plus a monthly collection bonus

Requirements & Desired Qualifications- Current Washington dental hygiene license, or pending licensure for a recent graduate
- Availability for 3–4 days per week;
Tuesday–Friday preferred - Commitment to thorough, patient-centered preventive and periodontal care
- Dependable, organized and attentive to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Current CPR/BLS certification by the start date
