Predominantly PPO patient base

Full team of in-house board-eligible and board-certified specialists available to support your clinical needs

Clinical autonomy with a collaborative team environment

Compensation based on a percentage of production, commensurate with experience

Guaranteed compensation during the first 60 days

Full-time Dentist earning potential: $150,000–$400,000 annuallyH-1B, TN, and Green Card sponsorship available

Position Qualifications Minimum 2 years of dental experience

Graduate of an accredited dental school

Current Washington State Dental License, or ability to obtain one by the time of employment
