Amazon MGM Studios seeks a Production Coordinator to support two Senior Production Executives on the US Scripted Series physical production team in a role that combines high-level administrative duties with show management opportunities.
The Production Coordinator is responsible for a high volume of tasks including show calendar management, production deliverable ownership, production office and writers room set up, and production data tracking. An enthusiastic, team-oriented approach is essential. The position requires the ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at the studio and show level. This is a growth opportunity for those passionate about physical production and becoming production managers.
Keyjob responsibilities
- Support high-volume executive slates, covering many titles in various stages of Development, Production, and Post.
- Track show-level calendars and data, keeping internal systems up to date.
- Assist with preliminary production schedule and budget assessments for projects in development.
- Onboard external production partners into Amazon’s production ecosystem.
- Serve as the first point of contact for external production office and writers room personnel.
- Manage and audit final wrap delivery.
- Internally, develop and maintain day-to-day schedules prioritizing activities with good judgment and business understanding, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Assist Executives with travel itineraries and expense reports.
- 2+ years of studio or production company assistant experience
- 1+ years of on-set physical production experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of digital media space including handling of all types of media equipment experience
- Experience managing events/meetings in a global company

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
