Must‑Haves 4–8 years professional architectural experience Advanced Revit proficiency (families, modeling, coordinated CD sets) Experience on K–12 or institutional projects Strong understanding of building systems, detailing, and codes Ability to coordinate with MEP/structural consultants Skilled in producing SD DD CD documentation Strong communication; able to work in a collaborative team environment Preferred Progress toward architectural licensure (or licensed) Experience with Enscape, Sketch Up, Bluebeam, Adobe Familiarity with LEED/CHPS/WELL or other sustainability frameworks

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
