Job Description & How to Apply Below

As a Product Designer, you’ll help shape and deliver customer‑facing product experiences that directly impact how users onboard, understand, and complete core product flows. This role is ideal for a mid‑level designer who can own scoped problem areas end to end, collaborate closely with product and engineering partners, and grow into broader ownership over time. Success in this role looks like delivering thoughtful, high‑quality designs that ship to production and measurably improve the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end‑to‑end design for scoped product initiatives, from discovery through final UI and handoff
  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity interfaces for web and mobile experiences
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Content partners to define problems and iterate on solutions
  • Apply user research, data, and feedback to inform design decisions and improvements
  • Design within an established design system, contributing new patterns when appropriate
  • Participate in critique, design reviews, and iterative testing to refine work
  • Clearly communicate design rationale and trade‑offs to cross‑functional partners
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional product or UX design experience
  • Experience owning design work from problem definition to production delivery
  • Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools
  • Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design fundamentals
  • Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams in an iterative environment
  • Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with transactional or multi‑step workflows (e.g., onboarding, purchase, account flows)
  • Experience working within or contributing to a design system
