PositionJob Captain (JC):
Applicants should have a minimum of two (2) years, maximum of four (4) years post‑bachelor’s degree professional experience working on custom residential and small commercial projects, with a solid technical background. Responsibilities will focus on production of preliminary design through construction drawings under the supervision of Principal.
Recent Graduate (RG):
Applicants should be a recent university or college graduate or have a maximum of two (2) years experience working on custom residential and commercial projects, with a solid technical background. Responsibilities will focus on production of preliminary design through construction drawings under the supervision of senior staff.
- Proficiency with Revit
- Proficiency with AutoCAD
- Proficiency with Sketch‑up

- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams / Office
