Product Manager

• Develop and execute the product roadmap in alignment with the company's strategic goals and the unique requirements of healthcare life cycles
• Collaborate with teams across departments, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Healthcare Operations, to deliver innovative, high-impact products
• Drive the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring that products meet the needs of patients, providers, and healthcare facilities
• Establish, maintain, and lead cross-functional communication and collaboration processes within the organization
• Act as a liaison between healthcare stakeholders and internal teams to facilitate communication, gather feedback, and drive product improvements
• Maintain a strong understanding of consumer needs, and market trends to inform product strategies and decision-making
• Apply a strong engineering or technical background (required) to bridge product strategy and technical execution, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams and informed decision-making on system design, scalability, and implementation.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 8+ years of product manager experience
• Experience with healthcare technology
• Require a strong engineering background to effectively collaborate with technical teams and guide product decisions.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum product development methodologies
• Proven experience with consumer technology products for the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of patient, provider, and facility life cycles.
• Experience in establishing product roadmaps and overseeing the successful execution of product strategies.
• Strong leadership skills to unite cross-functional teams and drive product development initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor messaging to diverse healthcare stakeholders.
• Ability to think strategically, drive innovation, and lead product initiatives.
