The RoleWe are seeking a licensed project architect / project manager with 7–10 years of experience to lead the delivery of medium‑ to large‑scale multifamily and mixed‑use projects. This role requires a balance of design sensitivity, technical expertise, and strong project management skills—from early design through construction administration.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project teams through all phases of design and documentation
- Manage project scope, schedule, and deliverables to meet client and firm expectations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Oversee coordination of consultant teams and internal production staff
- Ensure quality control and technical accuracy across all project documents
- Mentor and support emerging professionals within the studio
- Contribute to a collaborative, solution‑oriented team environment
- 7–10 years of professional architectural experience
- Licensed architect (or actively pursuing licensure)
- Experience leading multifamily and/or mixed‑use projects of moderate to large scale
- Professional degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead multidisciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of construction systems, codes, and documentation standards
- Advanced proficiency in Revit
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience with client presentations and stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with additional visualization and graphic tools
- Interest in sustainable design strategies and urban infill development
