The Role

We are seeking a licensed project architect / project manager with 7–10 years of experience to lead the delivery of medium‑ to large‑scale multifamily and mixed‑use projects. This role requires a balance of design sensitivity, technical expertise, and strong project management skills—from early design through construction administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams through all phases of design and documentation
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and deliverables to meet client and firm expectations
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Oversee coordination of consultant teams and internal production staff
  • Ensure quality control and technical accuracy across all project documents
  • Mentor and support emerging professionals within the studio
  • Contribute to a collaborative, solution‑oriented team environment
Qualifications
  • 7–10 years of professional architectural experience
  • Licensed architect (or actively pursuing licensure)
  • Experience leading multifamily and/or mixed‑use projects of moderate to large scale
  • Professional degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
Required Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong understanding of construction systems, codes, and documentation standards
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with client presentations and stakeholder engagement
  • Familiarity with additional visualization and graphic tools
  • Interest in sustainable design strategies and urban infill development
