Overview
mondae is a West Seattle–based architecture and interiors practice seeking a thoughtful, detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our small and collaborative team. We specialize in high-end residential design, focusing on natural materials, thoughtful composition, and timeless vernacular details. Our work is primarily in the Pacific Northwest, with select projects across the country. As a young and growing studio, we’re excited to start building a tight-knit, long-term team.
Responsibilities- Contribute to all phases of design for high-end residential projects.
- Collaborate on project development, detailing, and documentation.
- Assist with navigating residential building codes, permitting, and construction documentation.
- 3–5 years of experience spanning all phases of design.
- Ability to navigate residential building codes, permitting, and construction drawing sets.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Rhino. Revit knowledge is not required.
- Strong design sensitivity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
This is a hybrid role that will start hourly, with a clear path toward a full-time salaried position.
