Senior Architect

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Washington, USA.

• Lead the design process for architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Develop detailed plans, drawings, and specifications using computer-aided design software.
• Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Manage project budgets and timelines.
• Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design concepts and technical issues.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as an architect with a proven track record of successfully completed projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws in Washington state.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary: $1,600 per month, negotiable based on experience.
