Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Washington, USA. As a Senior Architect you will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale projects from design through construction. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to develop innovative and sustainable architectural solutions. • Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design
• Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and other design software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget

• Lead project teams in the development of architectural designs from conception to completion
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
• Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations for client approval
• Oversee the production of construction documents and coordinate with engineers to ensure compliance with building codes
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise during construction
• Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance as needed

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this position. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
