We are looking for a Senior Landscape Architect to lead and support the design and delivery of landscape projects worldwide. The role involves collaborating with architects, planners, and technical experts to create resilient, sustainable, and innovative built environments.
Responsibilities- Conduct site analysis, site planning, vehicular and pedestrian circulation, site grading, storm drainage design and landscape design.
- Serve as the primary contact to clients, consultants and public agencies on all assigned projects.
- Coordinate with other disciplines, write and edit site and landscape specifications, and select landscape and pavement materials.
- Provide construction administration as needed.
- Prepare marketing materials for obtaining work from internal and external clients.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Produce drawings and lead landscape architecture scope independently.
- Experience working with Architecture + Transportation projects and teams.
- Be able to support project leadership for the team (technical questions, project management, fee/schedule development).
- Has experience working in Washington / Seattle and existing relationships with local counties/cities.
- Support business development efforts.
- Support team staffing and projections.
- Self-starter & proactive.
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years experience.
- Professional registration.
- Experience with large‑scale master planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Photoshop.
- Extensive experience in all phases of landscape architectural projects and their management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel.

Expected compensation range: {Seattle, WA} $107,688 - $153,840 (full‑time regular position). Temporary and part‑time roles are eligible for limited benefits.
