Architectural Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Washington.

• Create detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models for architectural projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
• Work with engineers to ensure that designs meet safety standards and building codes.
• Coordinate with construction professionals to implement designs during the building process.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to designs.
• Present design ideas and plans to clients for approval.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Designer.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit, or other design software.
• Strong understanding of design principles and building codes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience working on both residential and commercial projects.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
• Familiarity with biometric passport technology.
• Previous experience working in Washington or knowledge of local building regulations.
