Growing national firm looking to add a talented architect to their Seattle office!
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Registered Architect preferred
- 5 plus years retail/commercial architecture
- AutoCAD 2012 or 2013 required
- REVIT experience
- Proven track record of client interaction and management
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
Duties:
- Retail design and documentation
- Meeting with community representatives and clients to discuss all issues involving projects
- Ability to provide feasibility studies and building surveys
- Permitting research, submittals, and follow-up
- Planning and zoning representation
- Coordinating with all disciplines on project
- Project status reports and conference calls
- All project and construction administration
