UI​/UX Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer for a direct hire opportunity in Seattle, WA. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys creating intuitive, engaging, and visually polished digital experiences across web and mobile applications. The UI/UX Designer will work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and developers to translate user needs and business goals into effective design solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to gather, evaluate, and translate user requirements into effective UX/UI design solutions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs for responsive web and mobile applications.
• Design intuitive interface components, including menus, dashboards, forms, navigation elements, and interactive user experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to identify user needs, behavior patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders, explain design decisions, and incorporate feedback throughout the design process.
• Partner with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately while maintaining brand, design system, and accessibility standards.

• Salary range: $90,000 to $100,000 per year.
