Founded in 1981, Su Development is a fully integrated design-build firm based in the Puget Sound region. As a self-reliant company, we serve as owner, developer, architect, general contractor, and property manager for our projects, enabling complete control over every stage of development. Our "master builder" approach fosters seamless collaboration between our in-house design and construction teams, ensuring efficiency, quality, and a unified vision from concept through completion.
We are committed to transforming urban development through the creation of architecturally innovative, community-focused projects that embody simplicity in design and construction.
Over the past four decades, Su Development has successfully delivered six high-rise residential towers in downtown Bellevue, as well as a twin-tower residential community in Seattle's Yesler Terrace neighborhood. In addition, we are currently advancing a new mixed-use development in downtown Bellevue through the entitlement process, further expanding our portfolio of transformative urban projects.
