Space Planner

As a Space Planner, you will work with client teams for all non-project-related inquiries throughout the space planning process.

• Receive and review all occupancy requests
• Engage with tactical business space reps to collect planning requirements
• Tactical scenario development
• Performs regular and ad-hoc auditing
• Assist senior planner in development of strategic plans as necessary
• Coordinate with MAC team for implementation of space plans

• Data Analytics
• Occupancy Planning
• Space Planning
• Test-fitting
• Project Coordination
• CAD/Revit

• Occupancy planner would be ideal
• Move and change
• CAD experience
• Doing test fits and design type works

• Degree would be preferred

• CAFM - Serraview, Archibus, FMS
• AutoCAD, MS Excel

• Hybrid- 4 days a week onsite (Mon-Thurs need to be onsite)
