Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities- Design and produce visually compelling marketing materials including brochures, one‑pagers, pitch decks, infographics, and event collateral.
- Develop and refine website graphics, icons, banners, UI elements, and visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
- Support iterative design updates for ongoing marketing campaigns and product branding.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and business development teams to translate requirements into effective visual solutions.
- Ensure all deliverables are optimized for both digital and print formats.
- Maintain consistency with established brand identity, color palettes, typography, and design patterns.
- Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating commercial marketing work.
- Experience designing graphics for websites (Figma, Adobe XD, Webflow, or similar tools).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) or equivalent professional design tools.
- Ability to interpret technical or complex concepts and convey them visually with clarity and impact.
- Strong creative judgment, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Comfort working independently in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment.
- Experience supporting technology‑focused companies.
- Familiarity with motion graphics or simple video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere).
- Experience developing icons, diagrams, and graphics for web‑based platforms and SaaS products.
Hourly position (no minimum weekly hours guaranteed). Flexible work schedule; assignments provided on a project‑by‑project basis. Competitive hourly rate based on experience. 1099 or part‑time W‑2 options available depending on candidate needs and company policy.
