Requirements:
Satisfactory completion of an accredited American or Canadian medical school, American or Canadian residency program in Anesthesiology or PM&R, Completion of a specialized 1 year clinical fellowship in pain management, which must be ACGME Accredited.
Salary Range: $400,000 - $450,000 Sign on Incentive up to $20K
