We are recruiting a passionate, skilled, and motivated Glaucoma Specialist to join our dynamic team in Seattle. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice at the forefront of ophthalmology in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

- Provide surgical and medical care for patients with glaucoma and cataracts
- Collaborate closely with ophthalmologists, optometrists and our co-management team
- Utilize your expertise to enhance both medical and surgical eye care programs
- Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care in a high-volume, collaborative setting
- Fellowship training in glaucoma
- Board certification or eligibility
- Unrestricted Washington medical license and DEA certificate
- Expertise in glaucoma and cataract surgery with a commitment to continuous self-improvement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for multidisciplinary collaboration and compassionate patient care
- Board-Certified MD or DO
- DEA Certification
- Base / Total income: $300,000–$1,000,000 depending on skills, work pace, efficiency and overall suitability for this role.
