Overview
Clinical Assistant Professor, Genitourinary Oncology on the Full Time Clinical Faculty pathway with an approximate 80:20 contribution to clinical service and academic pursuits.
The Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center (Fred Hutch) and the University of Washington (UW) are jointly recruiting a full‑time clinical faculty member specializing in clinical care of patients with genitourinary malignancies at a world‑renowned comprehensive cancer center. The role focuses on ambulatory clinical care of patients with genitourinary malignancies, participation in clinical research trials, administrative and instructional activities, oversight of trainees during outpatient and inpatient clinical activities, lectures, and recruitment and care of trial patients.

South Lake Union main campus; possibility to see patients at Fred Hutch community clinics.

Applicants must have:
- MD/DO degree (or foreign equivalent)
- Completion of a fellowship in Medical Oncology or Hematology/Oncology and American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) eligible or certified in Medical Oncology (or foreign equivalent)
- Eligibility for medical licensure in the state of Washington
The ideal candidate should have a demonstrated record of and primary interest in genitourinary malignancies.
BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is from $315,000 to $335,000 for the Clinical Assistant Professor rank. Candidates may be incentive eligible, receive relocation assistance or a sign‑on bonus, and access a comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental plans, term‑life insurance, disability insurance, supplemental life insurance for eligible dependents, and 22 vacation days per year.
LocationThe appointment will be in the Clinical Research Division of Fred Hutch and report to the Senior Vice President of the Clinical Research Division at Fred Hutch and the Division Head of Hematology and Oncology.
