Per Diem Physician - South Lake Union

• Casual Employee (per diem, hourly clinician role)
• 16‑24 patient care hours per week

• Seeing patients in South Lake Union, with float to nearby clinics as needed

• Seeing patients with a broad array of needs; conducting acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel‑building role)
• Treating patients in‑office and conducting occasional tele‑health visits
• Ongoing collaboration with in‑office teammates via daily huddles, and with virtual clinical teams
• Utilizing your clinical training and opportunities to perform in‑office procedures
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in other states

• At least 2 years of primary care experience
• Currently licensed in Washington or ability to obtain licensure
• Ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1‑on‑1 and in groups
• Can thrive in a fast‑growing, mission‑driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes
• Board Certification

• A passion for human‑centered primary care
• Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
• Effective use of technology to deliver high quality care
• Clinical proficiency in evidence‑based primary care
• Desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery
• Openness to feedback and reflection to gain insight into strengths and weaknesses
• Confidence navigating uncertain situations with patients and colleagues
• Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet patient needs
