• Medical-first practice model with light cosmetics available if desired; general dermatology, injections and access to a laser platform
• Four-day full-time schedule with consistent patient flow and rapid ramp-up driven by unmet local demand
• Physician-led environment as the sole dermatologist on-site, supported by experienced, long-tenured APP staff and collegial access to another dermatologist for consults
• Built-in referral network for seamless case coordination
