A well-established, not-for-profit healthcare system in the Seattle, Washington area is actively seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join its expanding outpatient network. This is a team-based, patient-centered environment serving a diverse patient population, with strong system-wide clinical support and resources.
The organization participates in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.
Position Overview- Full-time position with a 4-day workweek
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, asthma, COPD, and heart disease
- Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and health screenings
- Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services
- Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management
- Participate in quality improvement and value-based care initiatives
- Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and multidisciplinary care teams

Compensation & Benefits- Base Salary: $280,000–$320,000 annually
- Production-based compensation with additional earning potential
- $10,000 strategic incentive
- Total annual compensation can easily reach $400,000–$500,000+ for a busy provider
