Seeking a full-time Client-Fetal Medicine Specialist to join a highly collaborative and advanced care team. Offer a 4-day work week and strong work-life balance. Opportunity to practice cutting-edge maternal-fetal medicine in a high-acuity clinical environment. Provide comprehensive maternal-fetal medicine care across both inpatient and outpatient settings. Ensure continuity of care for high-risk pregnancies. Evaluate, diagnose, and manage complex maternal and fetal conditions using advanced prenatal diagnostics.

Perform full-scope MFM procedures and deliver specialized reproductive health services. Manage a diverse and high-acuity patient population within a facility supporting a large number of annual deliveries. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including specialists and advanced practice providers. Participate in consultative outreach services to regional locations, supporting a broader referral network. Provide postpartum care support in coordination with advanced practice providers.

Take part in home call responsibilities with strong 24/7 support from hospital-based teams. Work within a state-of-the-art environment featuring a large NICU and PICU. Engage in teaching and mentorship of residents through hands-on clinical training. Contribute to clinical research initiatives and academic collaborations. Maintain high standards of evidence-based care, quality improvement, and patient safety. Opportunity to utilize or expand skills in fetal echocardiography and chorionic villus sampling.
