• Schedule:
  
  12-16 shifts per month, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday preferred, 8:00am – 5:00pm, site is flexible on the 3 days coverage per week
• Job Setting:
  Community Outpatient Clinic, 12-15 patients per day
• Types of Cases:
  Managing existing hematology and oncology patients
• Credentialing: 90 days

• Board Certified
• Certifications:
  
  BLS
• Licensure:
  Active Washington license highly preferred or IMLC with LOQ in hand
