Position Details Compensation:
Orientation $300hr and regular hour $560hrSpecialty:

Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Clinical Responsibilities Benign and malignant hematology patient care
No solid tumor oncology coverage required
Approximate case mix:60% benign hematology
40% malignant hematology
Patient Volume Average patient volume: 2023 patients per day Practice Environment Outpatient hematology practiceEMR:
Epic Support staff includes:
Medical Assistants Registered Nurses Scheduler Requirements Board Certified in Hematology Required Fellowship trained Required Washington license or IMLC LOQ RequiredBLS certification RequiredACLS certification PreferredDEA highly preferred and required by start date Clean background and malpractice history requiredNPDB Self-Query report required within 30 days of presentation
Additional Information Estimated credentialing timeframe: 6090 days Local candidates preferred
