- Experience: Prior maternal-fetal medicine experience preferred
- Salary: $525,000 - $600,000 (based on experience)
- Bonus: Eligibility for non-guaranteed bonus pool

- Provide comprehensive maternal-fetal care across inpatient and outpatient settings for high-risk pregnancies
- Utilize advanced prenatal diagnostics such as ultrasound, genetic testing, fetal echocardiography, and CVS
- Perform full-scope MFM procedures and reproductive health services
- Manage a diverse patient population in a hospital supporting over 7,500 deliveries annually
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including OB hospitalists, neonatologists, pediatric specialists, ARNPs, and outreach clinics in Everett and Issaquah
- Support postpartum care independently and alongside advanced practice providers
- Participate in clinical research initiatives and academic training for OB/GYN residents
- Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Active or eligible Washington State medical license
- Board certification or eligibility in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
- Prior experience in maternal-fetal medicine preferred but not mandatory
- Strong diagnostic, procedural, and collaborative skills
